plastics and natural fibers (rice hulls), making them 100 % recyclable.
NewTech's WPC process uses a variety of cellulose materials, which are of
the highest quality to ensure that our products have a more natural look and feel than composites made from purely recycled
materials. Due to variations in the manufacturing process we recommend that composite decking materials be purchased in one lot and to allow an overage in the materials you will need for your projects to maintain a uniform look. NewTech composite Decking and Railing will lighten over time and these color variations are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. We have also provided a user-friendly, quick clip system to install our decking to provide a clean, smooth look to your deck by not having those unsightly nail/screw heads showing. This system also helps in providing a uniform spacing between your deck boards allowing for easier installation. Seven standard color shades are available for each style of our deck boards. The framing and foundation of decking are the keys to a successful and long-lasting installation. It is always recommended that you consult your local building codes and installation expert for span recommendations when planning for decks with hot tubs, planters, grills, etc. When fastening deck boards to the joists using the traditional method, a minimum of two nails should be used to fasten the boards to the joists and a minimum of three nails at the end of each board. Screws/nails need to be sunk flush with boards. Do not over drive or leave the nail/screw heads above the top surface of the boards. Screws/nails should be driven within one inch (1) from the end and edge of the boards. For optimum results, fasten from center of plank out. End joints must all terminate on a joist. The framing segments should be doubled to help provide a competent fastening surface. Color options for decking
