Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, Saturdays 8 AM - 1 PM. A. Yes and NO. We do not include the freight costs in our prices for LATTICE or TRELLIS. We will calculate the current, and best shipping rate to your location upon receipt of your order. We will then contact you for approval before processing your order and credit card charge. This way we can assure you of the best shipping rate for your lattice order. For Plant Stands, Railings & Balusters, Arbors etc., the freight is automatically calculated and added on to the shopping cart totals. A. Yes. If you prefer to use your own freight carrier, let us know in the comments section of the order form. We will contact you with the information you will require to have your order picked up at our location in Austin, TX. This applies to Lattice and Trellis only. A. Normally we can have your order ready for shipment within 2-3 working days from receipt of order. A. We normally use Overnite Transportation and usually they can deliver a shipment within 4-7 working days of picking it up from our yard. A.
